'Thor' Continues Lead at Box Office

(CHRISHEMSWORTH.NET) - For the second week in a row, Thor continues to hold the thrown at the box office with a weekend take of $34.5 million -- bringing the 2 week total to $119.2 million. Second place was the comedy Bridesmaids at $24.4 million followed by Priest which took $14.5 million.
At the current pace, if Thor continues on this successful trend at the box office, it should close at around $200 million.
Next week, Thor is likely to be toppled when Pirates of the Caribbean is released with early estimates targeted at $80 million.
